Therefore, the Management of CHIBO S.r.l. believes that the most appropriate business strategy to consolidate the results achieved, in order to ensure the ability to deal with a Quality System in a qualified manner, is to certify compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard, setting itself the following objectives:

• always provide products and services such that they fully satisfy the needs of the Customer and all other interested parties, in full compliance with the applicable mandatory requirements

• to strive for the Customer to obtain and maintain a relationship of trust with CHIBO S.r.l. The image of our company should reflect the characteristics of efficiency, seriousness, dynamism and sensitivity that is employed in relations with Clients.

• improve internal efficiency through the organization and standardization of activities

• analyzing, optimizing and formalizing activities, with methodologies to prevent errors, avoid loss of time and ensure compliance with desired quality characteristics.

• improve internal potential through greater involvement of people, so that each person acts in the dual role of Internal Customer and Internal Supplier.

Management undertakes, in the Management Review, to identify measurable goals, tools, methods and resources through which these goals can be achieved, and to review previously defined goals. In the same forum, the suitability of the Quality Policy is verified.

The DG also undertakes to give an adequate presentation and dissemination of the company's choices, outlining their motivations, reasons, and assumptions, so that everyone can best contribute to the life of the company, providing where possible suggestions for improvement.

The DG mandates the heads of Company Functions, to the extent of their competence, to ensure:

• the definition, within their own Function, of the organization of the resources and Procedures necessary for a correct application of what is prescribed by the Quality System and for the achievement of the objectives

• the dissemination, understanding and implementation of the guidelines expressed by the procedures for which they are responsible

• the management of the documentation within its competence

• the technical/professional training for the maintenance of the quality of the technical knowledge necessary for its employees.
